Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Tonight I tried a slightly different roasting method for brussels sprouts, lining a 9x13 pan with foil and baking at 450 degrees for 30 minutes.  For the seasoning, I combined 1 bag of brussels sprouts (trimmed and cut in half), 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt and freshly ground pepper.
